Hi all,
Forgive the new sign in, I have posted on here previously but realised that the email address my sign in was on is now defunct so can't get my password back!! never mind!!
Anyways, Can you kind people please check out my site (www.thefilmstore.com) and see if you encounter any unusual errors or cgi problems. I'm having a few customers saying they're having difficulty in placing items into their carts and I can't replicate their problems myself. I've done a complete site refresh and I still seem to be getting the problems.
I've check the site on ie6, ie7, ff & safari and I can't get any problems. I'm guessing its a security setting on the customers computers or antivirus settings but i've explored all of my colleagues / mates with various computer set ups and not been able to find any problems.
Feel free to place test orders, you can use the details of mr test, test street, testville etc, and if you use the credit card details of 1111222233334444 exp 05/08 sec no 234 this will be flagged up as a dummy order at our end.
Your help is appreciated in advance..
Simon
