Importing Orders

Hi

We keep two machines, one running our catalog and the other managing the orders. Some orders have been downloaded by mistake to the catalog machine. Is there any way of exporting those selected orders from that machine and then importing (adding) them to the orders on the correct machine. I've performed an export of the selected orders as a .csv file but cannot see a way of importing them because there is nothing in the import wizard to map them to.
