For some reason we are getting orders duplicated, triplicated and so on. There was one on Friday that came through 8 times? Each copy of an order has the same invoice/order number. In the past, this has usually been caused by customer error but it is now happening to almost all orders placed. Whilst we can recognise this and delete the duplicate copies, it is confusing to customers who get multiple order-confirmation messages as well.
Can anyone suggest why this may be occurring?
As a secondary issue, we have a copy of each order sent to another computer and for some reason, a large proportion of orders are not being copied to this second computer.
