    Error downloading order

Just tried to download an order from one of my sites and got the following error:
    ------
    Error decrypting the order
    ------
An error occurred while downloading order number SK37UD05000333.
The order may have been corrupted in transfer from the server.

Press Retry to reattempt the download of that order.

Press Skip to ignore that order and continue with the download of other orders from your web site.

Press Remove to remove that order from the set awaiting download.
It will remain on your web site renamed as SK37UD05000333.ordx, in case you need to undertake further investigation.

Press Abort to cancel the download operation and leave all unprocessed orders on the web site.
    ------

Any suggestions as to how I can overcome this so I can download or is the order lost?

    This will help:
    ......(removed)
(EDIT: as Jo says futher on; search for ordx)

Often it is due to lack or server space.

If you can't get the order down then backup the file and raise a support ticket, they may be able to get some of the info from it for you.

I had this problem once right after upgrading my SSL certificate. I can't remember exactly what the problem was but I do remember that it was something to do with the network settings. Rather than spend a couple of hours trying to figure it out I restored my network settings & I got that corrupt problem. Once I got my transactions working again I was forced to do a refresh of my website. I was still not able to access the order so I had to ask the customer to resubmit his order.

Duncan's link doesn't work, but if you do a forum search on ORDX you will see other similar posts
