Checkout Page Drop Down for "Where did you hear about us?"

Does anyone have any useful code to put a drop down menu on the check out page?
What I want to do is add a drop down with a specific set to answers to "Where did you hear about us?". This is so I can improve the quality of data I capture when the customer is filling in this information. I want to popular the list with "Google, Yahoo, MSM, Friend etc".
