Is this possible to do in v7 of Actinic Business?

To setup postage & packaging costs based on this forumla.

If product price is £0-£50.00 add 12%
If product price is £50.01-£75.00 add 8%

and so on?

Hi Gavin,

It is not possible to calculate shipping costs as a percentage of cart value in version 7, or 8 at the moment. What you can do, is specify shipping costs dependant on the total value of the shopping cart, you could therefore have rows in the table at various points along the scale you describe which are comparable to the required amount. For example:

Order Value | Cost
£10 |£1.20
£15 |£1.80
£20 |£2.40
etc...

This means that someone who places an order to the value of £9 will over-pay on shipping, but someone placing an order for £14 will under-pay for their shipping. By making the increments in the order value smaller, you will minimise these errors.
