    Padlock missing

I have setup my site using dreamweaver with a simple frameset top/bottom there are links to the catalog from the top frame that open up the catalog in the "bottom" frame which works fine.

The reason behind this is that I have a couple of companies that I want to link to the catalog, but keep their seperate identities.

I have ssl enabled via easyspace

I have read various posts and understand that there is an issue with using frames and the yellow padlock not appearing.

Is there anyway around this with my current configuration ?

    Thanks in advance

    Hi there.

To get the Goldeb Padlock to appear, you will need to drop out of the frameset in checkout.

To do this, go to Design | Options | Miscallaneous and tick the "Do not use frames in checkout" box.

You will need to insert a URL for completed and aborted checkouts.

You should also go to the advanced menu and select custom properties.

Here, and a new custom property with the name of:

    ACT_SETUP_FRAMES_OFF

When done, upload and test your site.

    Hope this helps.
