Is there a way to change the section tree instead of just having the top level sections, but when a person clicks on the section, it drops down all the other sections within it. I have tried but I keep banging my head against the wall. What am I doing wrong.

You can create on using js or css or speak to normski at drillpipe, I am sure they have a solution for this.
