Installing Catalog on second computer, psp error

Please could you urgently help......
Hardware failure on primary machine, having trouble getting Actinic Catalogue to work on another machine.
Have installed Actinic successfully, have imported a backup snapshot successfully, have copied backup of all "site1" files - problem is with the PSP information. Error received on downloading orders and even trying to check/create a PSP method, error message is "PSP, XXX, failed to register properly - class ID xxxxxxxxxx".

In the user guide, it simply says export snapshot then import to a second machine which implies to me that the Payment Service Provider should be imported aswell....

Can anyone help?

You need to run the PSPSetup.exe application that came on the installation CD, as this will install the PSP details into the new machine.
