Displaying Text on Section Details Pages

None of your site can be accessed currently, so that will probably be the error, not the URL. Trust me, that is the URL you use to get to your sitemap for a standard actinic site once it has been uploaded. I use exactly that on numerous sites and they are all the same.

Select the sitemap from the drop down list in design view and see what shows.

Check that you have enabled the sitemap, go to:
Design|Options - Sections tab and make sure 'Include Site Map in Web Site' is checked.
