3D Secure with MasterCard and Visa

I am using Protx as a PSP and have made the site 3D secure.

    Protx have advised

Please remember that your website will need to be using VSP Protocol 2.22 if you wish to use 3D Secure. If your site is using any other protocol, your 3D Secure transactions will not work correctly. If you are using shopping cart software, you will need to speak to your shopping cart software provider to ensure that your site is setup to use VPS Protocol 2.22.

I would be grateful if somebody can advise how I can check which protocol I am using and if necessary where I can get an update.

    Regards

Have you searched the forum for other threads discussing protocol 2.22 amd 3D secure? I expect this has already been discussed in full

We have just got the email too.

Is that upgrade needed if your using VSP Form? Their website is a little ambiguous as it started discussing VSP Direct, then in a new paragraph mentions the need for VSP Protocol 2.22

I downloaded the attachment here: http://community.actinic.com/showthr...t=16196&page=4
but it looks identical to the one I already have and says :
      Code:
      # Written by George Menyhert
      # Adapted for PROTX VPS Version 2.2 by Mat Peck - 27/05/2002
Is 2.2 the same as 2.22? We have actinic v7.0.6.

        Pete,

You do not need to do anything, v7.0.6 onwards is VSP Protocol 2.22 compliant. This enables you to use 3D secure that can be switched on at Protx end.

        Kind regards,

Jo has a very polite way of telling you to wake up and read the forum instead of creating dupicate unhelpful posts. I'm less diplomatic, your post has already been answered, please look it up.
