Cannot add country

I need to add a country (Switzerland) to the drop-down list during checkout. I have gone to View|Business Setting|Tax and edited the relevant zone (EU) to include this but when I upload nothing changes on the web page. Swittzerland has NOT been deleted from "Advanced |Locations". www.persimmongolf.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html Any help much appreciated.

It's setup in shipping and has class(es) included?

Err... Switzerland isn't in the EU.

Clarification

It doesn't matter which tax zone I add it to it doesn't appear at the checkout & I can't find anywhere else where the countries are specified. Shipping has only three zone - UK, Europe, Japan.

Go to Advanced> Locations and if it isn't there then add it.

Oops. Just saw that you say it hasn't been deleted from advanced>Locations. Does that mean it's still there?

OK. Now I think I understand. Go to the shipping page and right-click the relevant shipping zone and select properties. Add Switzerland to that shipping zone.

Does that fix it?
