Connection through Proxy Server

Hi,

I have installed a second copy of Actinic Catalog V6.1.3 on another machine in our office but I have a problem. Although all the settings are exactly the same as the initial installation it always hangs when I conduct the Test at Advanced Network Setup page.

The only difference between the two machines is that one is NT4 whilst the other is Windows 2000. The problem is on the 2000 machine.

I use a Windows proxy server.

Any ideas on what is causing the test to hang?

Have you tried the connection wizard in Web | Configure Web Site Details? If so, does this complete successfully?
