I just wondered if there was a quick way to edit the product titles by loading up the database? If so where abouts in the database are they?

If you remember to backup the database (or take a snapshot - which will include the database) before you open it (every time), then it can be done.

Product details are in the product table. When you do screw things up (and you likely will if you are not used to working with Actinic Access files) just copy your backup over the top of the messed up database or import your snapshot.

Nicholas - much easier/better/safer to link to an external Excel worksheet using File/External Links for this (plus you can use Excel's text functions such as concatenate and substitute - replace underscores with hyphens very quickly). Also for other items such as price, eg knock 20% off all prices for 2000 products in about 30 seconds
