- expand the following branch: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Actinic\Catalog7\Sites\<Site Name>\
- highlight the 'Printer Settings' folder and delete it
- close the registry editor and open Actinic and see if you can print your reports

Bumpity bump
Got this again on a new site in 9, deleting Printer Settings folder doesn't make any difference.
Are we answering this or not, i did not see this in V9
This happens when your using networked printers and they are offline, the only way i have found to resolve it is to delete the printer from the registry (obviously windows) uner the actinic software part.
This then lets you change the printer in actinic. Otherwise you cant select a new printer
I was an idiot, I hadn't run the integrated label software for the new site - I've just moved a number of sites and Actinic into Vista on a new PC from my old XP Mac - surprising how well it's running TBH!
