I added a marketing message and ticked the box in the business settings for it to show - it shows above the terms & conditions on the T & C's page but not in the T & C's on the checkout page. I want to make sure the customer sees it and agrees to it. To get a temporary fix I've added the words into the 'About Us' part of T & C's but it looks poor coming under the 'About Us' heading & have unticked the box to stop the message.
Why does it appear in the T & C's page but not the checkout ? Shouldn't they both be the same ?
