    Suddenly lost all data in Reports

    I have run a Tax Summry report every month to summarise my VAT.

    This Month I have no data at all in any reports?

    Only change is that I have switched back on Automatic Order Processing and One Stop Automation from Moleend.

    I this the cause and how can I get back to populated reports?

    I process payments though Worldpay and have never previously process orders in any way, just printed out the invoices.

    It sounds as if you are now processing your orders more fully than you were before, if you go to the report selection dialog in Actinic, select the tax report and go to more options, make sure that the options there are correct.

      I tried that but under Tax Summary the More Options is greyed out so I can check what is causing the problem

        Hmmm, in my 7.0.6 it is enabled and you are allowed to specify whether the invoice should be printed. When you print the report, what title and dates are shown on the report? (I ask because this wil also tell you what options are being applied if any).

          Title is

          Tax Summary for XXXXXXXX Ltd
          Orders Placed between 01 June 2007 and 30 June 2007

          The only options under which the More Options button is live is Sales Summary

                The change to allow options was added after that version, I can't check back to the old one to see what the requirements were, this might be one for Actinic support unless someone else helps you here.

                It might be worth calling Mole End (me) to go through the options you have set up for Automation, I might be able to work out what is happening from those.

                  FWI : This was caused because the option to mark orders as deleted after processing them in the automation mole was switched on, we switched it of and undeleted the orders and it's all working fine again.
