Remove Title add VAT @ 17.5% on catalogue page

Can Any one help me

I am trying to remove vat@17.5% from the catalogue and also i like to add
Customer's note and delivery date in to my order form where i receive my order by downloading the data ane also by email.

Could you guys please help

I have also found a different way of doing it

click Design, followed by click on the text.

Click on Go To button and look out for VAT % listing. Delete the right hand side part of it & come out with saving the template

My second part is as follows:-

In my product section i need to add 2 things first one is DATE option where by customer can select the date of delivery, which can be linked to Sales order form.

Second I also need to insert Comment option where customer can type in their words for the cards that are to be delivered to recepient.

The above two section should be under any one section and not to be repeated in any other section.

If you go to the 'Prompts' tab on the product you want the date prompt and the text prompt to appear and fill in the 'Other Info Question' and 'Date Info Question' and click on apply. This should make it appear only for those products.
