Adding Tracking number to shipped order mail

Sorry if this has asked before but I searched with no luck. What is the Netquote command to retrieve the Tracking number as filled in, in a order on the shipping and handling section or how do you go about adding this to the mail template?

Hi Adam

I found this bit in Help under "Creating Emails In Actinic"

'Tracking Mail' – for emailing order tracking numbers to customers (Actinic Business/Developer only). This is activated by clicking the 'Tracking Mail' button in the 'Shipping and Handling' tab of an order (when a Shipping Service Provider is installed (see Integration With Shipping Companies). The template for this email is found within the 'SSP' directory within your site directory.

I guess that option isn't avalible because I don't have any service providers installer properly yet, Thank you for taking the time to point this out to me

Tracking variable

I am looking for this too. I want to insert the variable for the tracking reference into an 'item shipped' email but cannot find it. Is it public?

Can I bump this please - there must be a variable for the tracking reference in Actinic, can someone at Actinic help? It would save me a bit of typing custom emails :-)

Hi Peter

This is possible only if you are using a SSP (Shipping Service Provider), hence possible only in the US version of the software. However, this can be achieved in the UK version using the Mole-end plug-in as suggested by Ben above.
