    HELP QUICK retrieve orders

    Hi

    When I click on download orders I get the message ' The file specified cannot be found' How can I replace this without loosing my existing orders etc?

    Hi there.

    I have seen this message when you are not online. To check you have not dropped a connection, go to Google and search for something at random, then go back into Actinic and try and download again.

    Hope this helps.
