    Navigation

    Hi,

    Is there any disadvantage of manually coding the navigation, e.g -

    <td align="right"><a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/index.html"><b>Home</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/acatalog/Press_Room.html"><b>Press Room</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/acatalog/How_to_Shop_Online.html"><b>How to Shop</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/acatalog/Delivery.html"><b>Delivery</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/acatalog/Terms_&_Conditions.html"><b>T&C</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/acatalog/Catalogue_Download.html"><b>Catalogue Download</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/cgi-bin/ss000001.pl?SECTIONID=../index.html&TARGET=BROCHURE"><b>Login</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWCART">View Basket</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/cgi-bin/os000001.pl?ACTION=Start">Checkout</a>&nbsp;|&nbsp;
    <a href="http://www.floralessential.co.uk/cgi-bin/mf000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWFORM">Contact Details</b></a>&nbsp;
    </tr>

    As opposed to using NETQUOTEVAR:?

    Many Thanks

      Thanks for this.

      I have manually added the above code to Act_PrimaryCheckout as my top navigation wasn't appearing on the Checkout Page.

      How can I manually code the search facility to be added up the top. Currently I have <td>NETQUOTEVAR:SIMPLESEARCH</td> but this does not display the search bar on the Checkout page. It does however display it on every other page on my site as I have used the same code in Acr_Primary.

      Many Thanks

        Generally people do not want visitors to search and go somehere else after entering the checkout, but if you insist, you will need to copy the generated code from an online page and paste that into the Act_CheckoutPrimary.html

          ya know, I was thinking that perhaps this poster had his forum membership details hacked...although I notice that ALL these replies are in response to the same OP
          coincidence? I doubt it!
          Still possibly not the the genuine forum member posting them but definitely targetting postings!

              I'd reported it on a previous thread, I doubt it'll be long before they all get removed.

                He's just started a new thread, do think it'll get trashed too?

                      it doesn't sound right either, whereas 'more curious' does.

                        The phrase was deliberately chosen
                        I am quite well aware that it isn't good English!
