Order notification email

Hi There,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me?

Ages ago I went in to DESIGN TEXT> Web Site (cont)> General Information
and changed the text fields that asked "where did you here from us?" and "what was your reason for buying?" to be custom questions, that would show up on the order that the client then receives by email. When I sent a snapshot to them so they could now start controlling it their end by uploading it, they said its showing this

<Actinic:HOWFOUND/>
<Actinic:WHYBUY/>
<Actinic:GENUSERDEF/>

on the email order notification and I don't know why as I have not changed anything, please could someone tell me why?

Go to 'Design | Library | Layouts', scroll down to 'Email Outer Layout' and expand, select the appropriate layout, right click and select 'Revert to Factory Settings'.
