Scrolling Text Boxes & Parent Issues

Hi guys,
I've recently added some code to my Act_Primary template to put scrolling text boxes. I only want the boxes on my main product page (the one holding all the fragments) i.e. This Page but it is also applying to all the subsections that containt my products i.e. this page.

Is there any way to stop the scrolling box appearing on the sub section pages?

The only way to get around this would be to make a copy of the template you are using and give it an alternate name, then amend this original to default, ie remove the scrolling box. You can now choose the alternate layout as the overall layout, this will give you the scrolling box, where you have it at present, you will then have to check the layout on each section/ sub-section and select the alternate without the box.
