Digital Download File Collect Timeout ....

If a customer fails to collect their purchases within the timeout period they get an error message.

The download has expired. Please contact us for the files.

Q. What do I do when I get contacted? Can i simply resend and all the links update or something etc etc?

The "easiest" solution is to email over their files... you can then also ZIP them together (as per your other post). If this is happening on a regular basis (it should not really happen at all but can if their machine dies) may be worth extending the timing on the expiry.

When using Digital Download, if you go to an order and open it to edit, go to the 'Mail Tab' click on 'New' and then from the 'Layout' drop down select 'Resend Download URL email'.

Why can't I find this email template on my version 8? Is there a way of adding this to my templates?
