Ordered Products

Hi Everybody,

When I use the Ctrl+J touch to find some ordered products, I receive results for some products, and for other ( really ordered too), I have no result !!!

What are you using for the 'From' and 'To' qualification for the dates, the products that are not appearing, are they valid for hte date range?

Yes, the dates are correct.

I can see the list of some items purchased, and not some others!

Can you try compacting your database and then trying a search, if the results are similar then you will have to take it up with support.
