Cant Send Emails

We cant send emails as actinic reports:

Failed to communicate with the smtp server:

Possible cause:
Network transmision problems

The error was:

{Customers email address}INET_aton failed - host not found
smtp.thefreemason.com - unkown error



Can anyone help.all of our network settings are correct and test properly and successfully

Hi Mike

The problem probably occurs because your site SMTP and your local SMTP are not the same. Try putting 'localhost' (without the ' ') as SMTP server and see if it helps.
