I can't upload, when I try my timer appears and I have to Force Quit Actinic

For over a week now when I try to update and add stock and then click on the upload button me timer appers. It then just stays on the timer and then my only option is to close Actinic, when I do this my message comes up saying, this programme is not responding and I have to click on 'End Now' and then it shuts down. This has been happening for over a week now, I have no problems with my internet conncetion.

Any ides???

First thing to try would be compacting the database.

What will the compacting of data base acheieve?

I have found how to compact the data base but what will this do?

You will need to re-input your network settings.

Go to web / network settings, export your existing settings. Delete or change the existing settings, then reimport the old settings. It may take a couple of trys but it worked for me.
