    Custom Report

    How do you/Can you..... create a custom report in V7 Catalog ?

    I have approx 1600 products and would like to see a report to see if they are all switched on, have a price, if they have a digital file against them, all set to auto ship etc etc.

    Where would I start ?

    You need to use MS Access and look at the products table. (Close Actinic and Backup first!!)
    If you don't know how to query in Access you can copy the whole table to Excel or even import it with Excel if you don't have Access installed.

    To use Excel:
    Data - Import External Data - Import Data - Navigate to and select your actinic.mdb - Select the Product Table - OK - OK. You should then see the information that you want.
