error in snapshot backup

hi, i am backing up as normal by creating a full snapshot, but i am now getting the following error.

Errors
(File ExportFiles.cpp, Line 582) - The file C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Orders Treasure\index.html was not found System error 2 - The system cannot find the file specified.


Our set up is, actinic v7.06 running separate order download on one pc and matinance on an other.

Any help appreciated.

Have you explored other threads discussig snapshot errors

use keyword "ExportFiles.cpp" to search

hi, as far as i can make out their is a bug in actinic with the way it handles filenames that have been hand coded.
Tommorow i wil contact support and see what they say
