    Error with payment notifcation

    We use netbanx to process credit card payments. I've started getting the following error messages over the last couple of days :

    PASSED REGISTRATION with notification error (actinic/MID-0000492
    ...order deails...
    This order has been charged to your customer's credit or debit card but an error

    occurred when notifying the web site. Please look for order number

    in the list of orders shown when "Pending Online Credit Card" is selected on the order window in Actinic Catalog, and manually make a credit card payment record (View Order, View Payments, New Entry). The order will now appear in the "Pending" list.

    I recently set Actinic Business up on my desktop as well as my laptop, and have updated it for the latest PSP download and V6 patches. I also did a successful site import via Snapshot. So I can't think of anything that is wrong at the Actinic Business end?

    Thoughts?

    Are you the person who called into Actinic with this problem?

    If so, did the information you were given help at all?

      Yes - I called in with this problem and was told to post a message to the Online Community!

      So, no, I haven't been given any help, and the problem is continuing.

      So much for my Actinic Cover!

        This happens from time to time using Worldpay.

        I do usually get the order downloaded okay.

          ...but it is happening permanently for us with netbanx - which is a pain given the number of orders we are having to force through manually

          Is it Act Business V6 or netbanx?

            Hi Jim,

            Maybe you were not the person I spoke to about this as he did not have cover.

            As the orders are going into the 'PSP Pending' tab, it looks like you are not getting the callback from Netbanx. You will need to contact them to find out why this is not happening.
