Is it possible to rename the folder Site1 to something more meaningful (like PPC) without causing any problems?

Providing that you do this from within Actinic you should be fine, however V4 only lets you rename a non-active site so if you only have one site then you can't do it.

To rename a non-active site, simple double-click on the site name in 'File | Sites'.Comment
