uploading problem

I am having trouble uploading to the Actinic trial space again...(trials.actinic.com)

When I upload the site, the css does not get uploaded and there seems to be a .fil problem as the search and basket functions don't work either.

Actinic so far advised me to try again - which I have done to no avail !

HELP?
