Can't delete Country

Hi

I added in 'Canada' as a shipping address, so that I could raise an offline order for someone who wanted something shipping to Canada (which we don't normally do). I thought I could just delete it afterwards and all would be well. I have deleted it, but it has kept it in as an option on the website. How can I completely delete it and it's regions?

How did you add it in?
Did you modify an Actinic setting or manually modify a database?

If you modified an Actinic setting then a revert and upload should flush it out. If you manually frigged a database, you may want to manually upload the reverted database, which hopefully you backed up first?

However, as it was indicated to me, manually frigging databases and FTP'ing is frought with potential errors, so be careful.

I altered Business Settings and then put it back, did an update to the site, and then tried a complete refresh, and still there?

Think back to what you did Richard, you are missing something very simple, it's just a case of reversing what you did. Is the country shown on the shipping or the tax settings within business settings?

Refresh NOT update the site and make sure you are not seeing a cached page also.
