My client has reported the following:
"Have had 2 shop orders that we can't get. Message says problem with encrypting. We get the confirmation e.mail so we know who it is and what they want, but no credit card numbers. It isn't all the time, out of 9, we couldn't get 2."
As far as I am aware they have changed no settings. Could someone let me know what is happening?
