Product "Highlighter"

Hi Folks

We've got the Mole End plug in (and other goodies!) which is great for highlighting orders different colours - so we can highlight those who want to use a gift certificate with one colour, those who are paying by BACs another colour etc which makes them easy to find in the sea of orders.

Is there any way of doing this on the actinic product side? For instance, if a product is out of stock and you click "hide on website", it fades it slightly but is still hard to spot in large sections.

It would be ideal to be able to highlight hidden products with a colour and say products on a stock countdown in another colour etc. Especially when you're re-enabling stock that's come back in - apart from CTRL Effing constantly, having products colour coded would be a dream.

Have I missed something or is this one for the wish list? Please don't tell me it's only available on V8..... aaaaaggghhhh - don't want to go there yet!

We've got Actinic split over 2 locations for order processing and site maintenance. On the order processing side we have the highlighting feature which is brilliant for instantly pin pointing different order types.

On the site maintenance side, we would love to have the function of being able to highlight "product status" - not order status - IYSWIM.

When you hide a product on the tree cos it's out of stock, at the moment actinic just greys it out - not visually obvious on a big site.

The idea is to have the same function for products - that would be totally fab!
