Problem: CGI scripts from the cgi-bin.

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why i am getting this error when i download orders and what to do about it?

'Actinic received an request forbidden error from the web server. The server is not properly configured to allow Actinic to run CGI scripts from the cgi-bin. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.'

This sounds like the problem you posted earlier. Check folder permissions. Try running a network test not the errors and then post (in the upload problems forum) an export of your network settings (without usernames and passwords) as well as your host name and the package you have. Someone may be able to help.

Did you run the network test as I mentioned above?

Yes, I have run the test in 'Advanced Network setup' and all items passed...
