We have 6.1.3 installed on windows 2000.
1st problem:
When we try to upload the site sometimes it does it ok, most times it just gets stuck when sending the catalog files. If we do ctrl alt delete, the program shows as not responding???
2nd problem:
We have created a section link template as per the instructions in the Advanced users guide for thumbnails. Problem is it doesn't work correctly.
In our first top level category the sub categories work fine but in any of the following top level categories the sub categories do not display as thumbnails so this cannot be a problem with the section link template!
The software seems to put all the images in a single column down the middle of the page.
Our first tlc is Air filters:
http://www.prosport.uk.com/acatalog/Air_Filters.html
As you can see the images appear across the page in 3's
Now look at any other tlc for example Richbrook products:
http://www.prosport.uk.com/acatalog/..._Products.html
This effect is also seen when we use the preview feature locally.
Typically these problems have appeared now that our 30 days support have expired!
We would really appreciate some support with this.
