I have a problem with Sage Link and postage/tax rates.
In sage we use
T0 - Zero-Rate
T1 17.5%
T2 Non EU
T4 EU tax exempt
All works correctly when a customer places an order and the correct T code is selected.
The problem is with postage. If a VAT exempt customer in europe (T4) places an order it correctly converts the order to T4 with no VAT however the postage in Sage still shows T1.
