    "Error locating the "Orginal" directory".

I had to restore my O/S (Win 98)

Now when I try to run Actinic, I get the following error message:

    "Error locating the "Orginal" directory".

    Any suggestions?

As nobody seems to have a resolution, I'm tempted to restore actinic from CD.

What precautions do I have to take to ensure that my shop and all the layouts and business rules are preserved?

      Hi there

What precautions do I have to take to ensure that my shop and all the layouts and business rules are preserved?
I would compress the "site1" folder using a program called Winzip. Site1 is the default site folder when you first install actinic, inside there are the perlscript, html and access database for actinic.

The site1 folder can be found:
      C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1"

      I hope this helps

I copied the site1 folder to a different directory.

        I uninstalled actinic

        I reinstalled actinic

I copied site1 back to the site1 folder

and I still get the default, out of the box actinic site ....

        Help .....?
