Random test emails from actinic

I've just received a test email from actinic - but I didn't request it, or make any changes to the network settings recently.

What else could trigger these? Should I be worried?

This is the 2nd one I've received in the last couple of weeks...

Change your passwords.
Did you give anyone your network settings?
Check in the email headers to see more details regarding when it was sent etc.
