protx diagnostics - showpost and change to url

I am currently in a discussion with Protx regarding a sudden increase in transactions failing with reason "'Transaction CANCELLED by the Protx systems after 15 minutes of inactivity.
This is normally because the customer closed their browser"
.
Protx have requested I perform a 'showpost' by changing the purchase URL andthen do a POST. Does anyone have a clue as to how I do this (or if I can).

I think you'll need to contact Actinic support (either by phone, if you have Cover, or my raising a support ticket through the Actinic website) to get the quickest response for this
