View Payments button greyed out

Hi Guys,

Did a search of the forum but nothing specific to my problem.

I've just received an order with 'Invoice & payment before delivery' selected as the payment option but the invoice shows as 'Full payment received' with £0.00 received. Also the 'View Payments' button is greyed out which means I'm unable to update the order when payment is finally received. This is the first order for this particular site although my other website works fine with identical settings. I'm on v7.06

The 'Bypass order processing ' button is unchecked in 'Business Settings > Order Processing'.

Any help appreciated.

Problem solved.

I had one product with the pricing model set as 'Sum of component prices' when it should have been 'Product price' - this was giving a product price at checkout of £0.00 and hence the greyed out button.
