Problem with cart showing contents them empty

I wondered if anyone could help. I've had a recurring problem which has been on going for several months. Basically some of my customers are reporting that their basket contents disappears.

They can add to their car and it shows it in the basket summary at the top right of my website, when they click on view cart or checkout the contents disappear.

One person said when the clicked on checkout the page refreshed instead of going to checkout. They then clicked view basket and when the page loaded it took them to a different screen and the basket was empty. I don't know if this is the case for other customers but they're having the same problem.

I was initially using a cart summary which displayed the contents. I've since changed that back to the standard Actinic cart which just shows how many items and total.

The website in question is www.diskdepot.co.uk

    Any help would be appreciated

Works for me, has removing (Kermy's ???) cart helped?

We would probably need to see the code previously used to advise.
    Cheers

Someone else may see something obvious but it all looks ok to me.

There have been numerous posts about issues like this though so may be worth a search around to see what else has been advised.
        Cheers

Is it possible someone from Actinic support can look into this? I get at least 2 or 3 emails a week from customers who are having problems and can't figure out what is causing it myself?

                thanks

                  Hi Nicholas

If you need Actinic Support to look into something, you need to call them (if you have cover) or register an email support ticket at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm
