search results with simple add to cart button

hi

i know norman has mentioned the complexities of having an 'add to cart' button for search results (with attributes and choices and all that)

but if we were to have a simple and straight forward 'add to cart' button on simple products, what would the patch be, i wonder - actually i'm asking, does anyone wanna have a go?
