Passive Errors

Guys i am sure this has been asked before throughout the forum but i cannot see this qestion answered for V6.

I am getting a passive error message on a load of products i have just added, can anyone help me?

images\Alto Saxaphones\School Percussion\Chimes and Tubular Bells\PP086_thu.gif

Actinic Ecommerce is unable to read the dimensions of C:\Program Files\Actinic Ecommerce v6\Sites\Site1\images\Alto Saxaphones\School Percussion\Chimes and Tubular Bells\PP086_thu.gif.

Error: Error opening the file.

This may be a corrupt JPG image or one saved using an unusual (e.g. CMYK) colour schema.

Use another image, temporarily to confirm that this is the case and, if so resave the image as RGB.

Searching for CMYK will give you some results which will be valid regardless of the Actinic version.

I know this post is a bit old but I am also getting the same passive errors after moving actinic to a new computer. I have't chnaged anything on the site and the images that the error relates to are the same as they have always been.

Having said that, the site uploads and the images look fine online.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing the error?
