For some reason the notifications emails aren't been sent out from Actinic.
The box is ticked for it to send them out but niether the customers or my client is receiving any emails, they only get ones from PayPal.
The host for the website doesn't have an outgoing server so they're using my smtp details - could this be a problem?
It worked a while ago but then stopped, unfortunately i wasn't told for some time so couldn't retrace my steps to see if an update i had done had knocked it out.
Any suggestions?
