    downloading orders - take 2

    Hello again,

    After talking to the client it looks like the orders aren't missing but have been downloaded and are sitting in the Pending Payment Service Provider tab rather then the Completed tab.

    The funds in the PayPal account are clear so does anyone know why they may have not moved over?

    Any help would be greatfully appreciated.

    This is common - the customer may have completed payment at Paypal but not returned to the site - Actinic therefore doesn't know if payment has been completed.

      Thing is it's only started happening in the last couple of days as before then it was fine, so i'm assuming there must be something more to it.

      Any ideas?

        Read the recent forum threads on paypal -others may have mentioned similar issues.

          Right.......What a waste of time. Second post in the other thread.

          They probably downloaded but went into the 'payment pending' tab.
          and the reply

          When we try and download the orders it says there aren't any to download and i've checked the other tabs and nothing there.

            Sorry, was given the wrong information from my client.

            However, does anyone know what this error message means:

            Internal Errors = Unable to connect to the socket (Connection timed out)

              it means something went wrong between your computer and the server.

              you really need more than this forum sir, you need to call support and call your isp.

              all day.
