Actinic link to Sage error

I have attached an error I have just started to get when running actinic link. I've been using the system for months and suddenly am getting the attached error message. The business settings are csv and the underlying files in the export dir look find. Can anyone help?

Did you check if you have by mistake selected 'Tab Delemited' instead of 'Comma Delimited' for the export file? If it is at 'Comma Delimited' I would suggest raising a support query on this one, you can raise a ticket at http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm. If you have a cover contract, call in and a member of the team will be able to assist you with this.
