Subdomains and actinic

Hi, Can anyone tell me if I can have an actinic cart on my domain ie manycrafts.com and on a sub domain ie, other.manycrafts.com. Or will I have to have a different host package for each cart? Kind regards

Hi Paul

As far as I'm aware you will not need a seperate hosting package, all you will need is to create another folder to which the new site can be uplaoded.

For example if the Acatalog and Cgi-bin of the main site are in the Root folder then at that same level you will need another Folder with an Acatalog and Cgi-bin inside. You can also use the same Cgi-Bin for both site as long as each Site has unique Script id number.

We run numerous stores on subs during development.

Just pay attention to your network settings, it can get confusing so when you get one sub working, save as a defult setup somewhere far away from the reach of actinic.
