Hi,

Sorry if this appears a very stupid question, however I've noticed that when you go to a web address you now get a little icon at the side representing that site in the address bar.

Firstly, what is this known as and how can I create this so my customers see it when they go to my site?

Search the forum and the internet for 'favicon'. You can have standard static little icons (or/and animated icons if using FF).
